General Description: Jungle-like terrain. Few mountain ranges, many rainforest areas and some major deserts. The sand comes in three main colors: green, white, tan. There are few primates, mostly small tree dwellers. A great number of reptiles and birds.

Tarzanian Physical Description: Carbon-based, vertebrate species'. Tarzanians span a great number of species. The humanoid and there are also a great number of animal species that have intelligence equal to or greater than the humanoid population.

Clans:

Behaviour: Generally Tarzanians show their emotions openly and with great intensity. They are quick to anger, but they are equally quick to show love and affection. Tarzanians also can hold grudges for a long time and find it difficult to forgive and forget wrongs done in the past.

Special Attributes: Tarzanians are vegetarians. They have a keen sense of smell, hearing and sight. Tarzanians are a sturdy race as a whole. Several species have developed psionic abilities. These psionic species are: dolphins and whales, felines, some reptiles, a few avian species, and a small percentage of the humanoid population.

Government: The three continents are divided up into provinces which are a
loosely affiliated group of clans with similar cultural structure. North Tasis is the most stable of the continents, as the clans in all regions have been working together for a number of years developing a united government. The North Tasis Confederacy (NTC) government is made up of representatives from all clans. Each province may follow their own model of leadership to set up their provincial government.

Religions/Beliefs: Ever since the Skymother made herself known to Odat and helped him to unite the people into the clans, the Skymother has been revered as an omnipotent deity. The Skymother is at the center of Tarzanian religious customs, even when these customs vary from clan to clan.

Society/Culture: Dependent on species but generally guided by clan practices, as well. Individuals are identified by their clan and familial lineage. Last names are, then, a lengthy litany of clan and family names. Most off worlders find it much easier to refer to Tarzanians by their first names alone. Traditional clan structure varies from clan to clan and province to province. What commonly decides the way the culture developed was what particular species historically maintained control in a particular region.
