General Description: The continents are predominantly made up of grasslands. The mountain ranges are relatively low and short. There are numerous island chains. Some volcanic activity in the island chains.

Elyotes Physical Description: Carbon-based, vertebrate, mammalian biped of petite to average stature.

Epidermis/Exoskeleton: Skin is gray with a distinctly greenish cast to it. Males have a more pronounced brow ridge than the females.
Outer Growth: None. Except for black, green, or gray eyebrows and eyelashes.
Appendages: 4 (two legs, two arms.) Digits: 4 fingers/toes on each hand/foot (including opposable thumbs on hands). Digits are long; each with an extra joint.
Visual Sensors: 2 eyes (always dark green or black. Black is the more common color.)
Aural Sensors: 2 ears (very small and close to skull.)

Behaviour: They are inquisitive by nature, love gadgets and activities which challenge their manual dexterity. They have a wonderful sense of humor and are inclined to practical jokes. They have a rather high code of ethics and respect for the cultures of other species.

Special Attributes: Elyotians are all gifted with telekinesis, but are limited in their ability to move objects over one quarter of their own mass. About 20% of the population can communicate telepathically with other Elyotians and other telepathic species. Another 10% are telepathically linked with family members only. The remaining 70% of the population is receptive to telepathic communications, but cannot transmit their thoughts to others. They are also very inventive and are excellent at deducing solutions to difficult situations.

Government: The Elyotes have developed a Parliamentary Democracy. Representatives from the two continents and the 9 major islands strings/clusters are chosen for the bicameral congress. Three representatives from each are members of the upper house, the lower house has two representatives from each district within the continents and each island.

Religions/Beliefs: They believe in a spirituality of the universe, that each person's soul throughout the galaxy is linked and that exploration of knowledge is the greatest possible tribute to spirituality.

Society/Culture: The Elyotes developed on a planet that had few predators and a gentle climate. They flourished on Tarmac and developed into a gentle and playful race. Their natural intelligence and inclination to explore, led them early into developing sciences. The family unit, known as a pod, is closeknit. The average family unit consists of two parents, 12 children and extended family such as aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.
