Physical Description: Carbon-based, vertebrate, mammalian biped. They are
of solid stature. They have wide mouths and strong jawlines.

continent of origin.

Outer Growth: Cranial hair is generally black, straight, curly or wavy, females have little
to no facial or body hair. Males have some facial hair, sometimes worn as a mustache and/or beard, they have little body hair.

Behaviour: Dalotians place their own well being over all else when it comes to outsiders and are not above making deals with the highest bidder in spite of alliances. They are fairly unruly, but wise enough to know what is the best for their own survival.
Special Attributes: They are cunning and ambitious. They enjoy the challenges of trade and space travel. They are exceptionally strong. They are gifted in hand-eye coordination. Naturally athletic, they excel in contact sports. They have instinctive survival skills and an unerring sense of direction. They can navigate any kind of land terrain with ease. Dalotians have amazing digestive systems and are able to absorb nutrients from nearly anything consumable. They also have redundant organs, so if one fails the other takes over.
Government: Confederacy of Continents. Each of the five Continents has its own government, and five representatives in the Dalotian Confederation Congress. Each year the Congress votes and selects a new President who runs the Congressional sessions. The Congress deals mainly with coordinating trade agreements and interplanetary relations.
Religions/Beliefs: There are two main religions in Dalotian culture. Kang-Dae. maintains a belief in one Diety and devote followers attend services twice a week and tithe a portion of their income to the church. Kwang-Sun has four Dieties, Sedna, Talula, Maona, Mahpee. These are the gods of food, water, land and sky. The followers of Kwang-Sun have small chapels in their houses or yards and burn different incense for each of the dieties.
Society/Culture: They have calculating minds and can easily spot an opportunity for profit. Not particularly trustworthy, they will drop one agreement in favor of a newer, better one on a moment's notice. They are quick-tempered, but won't let that get in the way of making a profitable deal. Militarily, they are good fighters. They take pride in their ability to coordinate massive defensive maneuvers on short notice. Disputes between continents occur frequently. Dalotians are not family oriented. Children are protected and cared for by their parents and elder siblings.
